DESCRIPTION
The G1 Bench is a flat-incline-decline adjustable bench that provides you with up to 21 settings and configurations, including seven different back pad adjustments ranging from 85 degrees to -20 degrees and five ways to position the seat pad. You simply use the chrome ladder-style adjustment system to make your configurations, and the built-in leg attachment swings out when you are in the declined position. It is a durable and portable bench that only weighs 95 lbs and has a weight capacity of up to 1000 lbs, so no matter what you throw at it, it’s beefy enough to handle it.
